Recently Singapore post actually delivered to the wrong address, thankfully not lost as the item back to the return address, which is equally maddening. they were pushing responsibility and simply refuse to rectify the issue and even to offer a solution.
I had to send out the items thus i resent them, and at singpost i saw another customer who had the same issue as me.
Good luck having any bureaucrat in the world to move their asses and fix obvious problems.
